Cheoy Lee Market Update August 2026

Welcome to our first Cheoy Lee market update August 2026, so it’s a baseline rather than a comparison. Twenty three Cheoy Lee motor yachts of model year 2000 and later are on the market across Florida, the Mid Atlantic and the Northeast as of August 26, 2026. Twenty one of them carry a published asking price. Eight boats have sold in the past 18 months, approximately. This report covers all of them and becomes the base report moving forward.

Asking prices on the priced boats run from $475,000 to $6,900,000. Nine of the twenty one have taken a reduction which seems to be the norm for our motor yacht markets today, across CL, OA, Princess, Horizon, Hargrave and Westport. Six boats have been listed longer than a year. One has been listed four years.

What the Sold Boats Say

Five of the eight sales are brokerage closings. Those are the ones that tell you something about value.

The 2012 76 Alpha sold in January 2024 after 146 days on the market. ‘Jus Chilli’n’ the 2012 84 Bravo in Key Biscayne, sold in June 2024 after 83 days. ‘Wreckless’, the 2016 Global 104 in Fort Lauderdale, sold in May 2024 after 73 days. “e”, the 2006 84 Bravo Series in Fort Lauderdale, sold in May 2025 after 266 days. My 3 Gals, the 2021 CLB72 in St Petersburg closed with minor adjustments at close.

The closing figures stay off this page. They aren’t public and this report doesn’t publish them. For that information, please get in touch. Four of those five closed between about 10 and 13 percent under the last published ask.

Now the part that matters more than the percentage. Almost no boat outside the COVID era sells at its asking price. When you see a sale reported at or near ask, it usually means the ask had already been reduced to that number before the deal was struck or the figure is coming from a dealer with an interest in supporting the value of their own inventory. The information worth knowing isn’t the closing price on its own. It’s the time and distance between the initial ask and the closing price. That distance is rarely published anywhere.

The other three sales are dealer reported deliveries rather than brokerage resales: a 2023 CLB72 in July 2026, a 2022 CLX96 in December 2025 and a 2021 CLB88 in December 2024. Those require more information than the resales. They’re dealer reported. Current tariffs on new yachts built in China (or anywhere else these days) can move new boat pricing a long way from what the same boat would fetch on the used market, depending on flag state.

The closing figures on all eight are on file. They aren’t published here although they are available when we further our discussion but going through the ones relevant to your boat take one conversation.

Sixty One to Seventy Two Feet

Looking Glass, the 2003 61 LRC in Annapolis, is asking $1,095,000 at 60 days with 1,663 hours on twin Caterpillar 3126TAs.

One 2023 CLB65 is on the market in Norwalk, at $2,950,000, one reduced from $3,250,000 with under 300 hours. A new 2024 CLB65 sits alongside them at $3,950,000 and the next new CLB65 destined for Fort Lauderdale is priced on request.

‘Rachel Ann’ is a 2004 68 flybridge in Jersey City, came down to $675,000 from $749,000 at 37 days, with 2,956 hours on Caterpillar C18s. ‘Recycling Made Cents’, the 2004 68 in St Petersburg, came down to $475,000 from $525,000 at 124 days on Caterpillar 3412. Those two are the lowest asks on the board and both moved within this window.

‘Amajen’, the 2006 68 in Fort Lauderdale, is asking $1,495,000 at 559 days on twin 1,400 horsepower Caterpillar 3412s. Southern Lady, the 2002 72 raised pilothouse in Stuart, is asking $935,000 at 75 days with 4,475 hours. A 2004 72 pilothouse in Pompano Beach is asking $990,000 at 455 days with 3,300 hours.

Seventy Four to Eighty Four Feet

‘Fancier Nanci’ is the 2002 74 sport motor yacht in West Palm Beach, is asking $799,000 at 61 days.

‘Bikinis Optional’, the 2012 76 Alpha in Miami Beach, is asking $1,100,000 at 483 days, down from $1,175,000, with 2,750 hours. Sitting next to the sold data, that ask is right about where the last 76 Alpha closed. It hasn’t moved in sixteen months. Worth knowing because the yard didn’t build many 76 Alphas and this isn’t a model with a deep comparison set behind it although still a tremendous day-boat.

Wandering Star a Bravo model, the 2009 78 in Fort Lauderdale, is asking $2,900,000 at 116 days with 900 hours, the lowest hour reading on any boat this size in the data. That boat had a large refit in 2023. The 2018 Bravo 78 ‘Selah’ is asking $3,950,000 at 63 days with 1,710 hours on Caterpillar C32s and an interior designed by Sylvia Bolton.

‘Aurora’, the 2012 84 Bravo in Fort Lauderdale, came on 12 days ago at $1,899,000 with 2,550 hours. ‘Jus Chilli’n’, her closest comparable, sold in June 2024 with 2,200 hours after 83 days on the market. The two boats are close on layout and equipment, three staterooms, crew quarters aft, factory cockpit and a TNT lift on both. ‘Aurora’ carries about 350 more hours and adds an air conditioned flybridge with an enclosure and a 2019 tender on the lift. Whether her opening asking price sits in the right place against what ‘Jus Chilli’n’ actually closed at, with two years of market between the dates, is the conversation to have before an offer.

A 2004 84 Bravo flybridge, ‘Wako’, in Coral Gables is asking $649,000 at 486 days, down from $678,000, with 3,850 hours on her C30 engines.

Eighty Eight Feet and Up

”Samaritana’, the 2013 Bravo 88 in Miami, is asking $2,995,000 approaching 2 years on the market, down from $3,050,000, with 1,800 hours .

‘Lady Lorraine’, the 2007 Bravo 89 in Fort Lauderdale, came down to $1,295,000 from $1,499,000 at 71 days. That’s the largest single reduction on the board and the yacht has been continually updated the past few years.

Family Time, the 2006 Bravo Series 90 in Fort Lauderdale, is asking $1,599,000 at 331 days, down from $1,609,000, with 2,800 hours. ‘Windward’, the 2006 Bravo 90 in Jupiter, is asking $1,550,000 at 1,471 days, with a 2017 refit and 6,204 hours. The record shows one price reduction on her, $200,000 off $1,750,000. Four years on the market is the longest run on the board by a wide margin.

‘Footloose’, the 2008 95 motor yacht in Jacksonville Beach, is asking $2,599,000 on Caterpillar C32s and on-deck master stateroom.

‘Charlotte Ann’, the 2003 Trideck 125 in West Palm Beach, is asking $6,900,000 at 173 days with 9,500 hours, the largest boat in the data, built to ABS class and recently completed a yard service and interior refit.

Departures, reductions, new listings and closings all get counted from August, 2026. If you own one of these boats and are thinking about selling, get in touch.

Buyers who use this data well aren’t interested in paying the asking prices and educated owners are aware of this. They’re asking: which of these boats has an owner who’d take a serious offer? That answer isn’t on any listing page. Owners have the harder job, because on a market this small the initial price you set could very well decide if you own the boat a year from now!

Twenty three boats is a small market. That’s the point of tracking the updates and changes regularly. On a brand where a handful of boats trade in a year a couple sales can move comparison set for everything near it in size. A buyer who builds his own comps out of every CL could easily settle on the wrong offer. Cheoy Lee’s name sits on a very wide range of boats (considering the amount of commercial and older sail production), which could make that mistake easy and expensive. Owners thinking about timing their sale can also request a private Cheoy Lee valuation before committing to an asking price.

What This Cheoy Lee Market Update August 2026 Sets Up

How many Cheoy Lee yachts are for sale right now?

Twenty three Cheoy Lee motor yachts of model year 2000 and later are on the market as of this cheoy lee market update august 2026, across Florida, the Mid Atlantic and the Northeast. Twenty one carry a published asking price and two are priced on request. Asks run from $475,000 to $6,900,000.

How far below asking price do Cheoy Lee yachts actually sell?

Four of the five brokerage resales in this report closed between about 10 and 13 percent under the last published ask. One closed much closer to ask. A reported sale at or near the asking price usually means the ask had already been reduced to that number, so the figure to ask about is the distance between the first ask and the closing price. Individual closing figures aren’t published here. They’re a phone call.

Which Cheoy Lee yachts have reduced their price recently?

Eight of the twenty one priced listings have taken a reduction. Lady Lorraine dropped $204,000 to $1,295,000 and Windward dropped $200,000 to $1,550,000. Rachel Ann, Recycling Made Cents, Bikinis Optional, Samaritana, Family Time, a 2004 84 Bravo flybridge and the CLB65 account for the rest.

What is the longest listed Cheoy Lee on the market?

Windward, the 2006 Bravo 90 in Jupiter, has been listed 1,471 days and is asking $1,550,000 after a $200,000 reduction. Six boats in the data have been listed longer than a year, which on a market this size is worth understanding before writing an offer.

Are the new Cheoy Lee sales good comparables for a used boat?

They can be for late model brokerage boats but you must understand tariffs and flag states. Three of the eight sales in this report are dealer reported deliveries rather than brokerage resales. Current tariffs on new yachts built in China can move a new boat price a long way from used market value. The five brokerage resales are the useful comparison set.

How often does this Cheoy Lee report update?

Every month, approximately, unless something of note changes the Cheoy Lee market. This just happens to be our first for this project so it becomes my baseline. It counts the whole market rather than the changes. We are planning every report after this one to measure departures, reductions, new listings and closings against this one.
