Cheoy Lee Market Report October 2026
This Cheoy Lee market report October 2026 covers the two months since the August 26 report. Eighteen used Cheoy Lee motor yachts of model year 2000 and later are on the market as of October 25, 2026, all in Florida except one in Tennessee. That count comes from the broker portals, so it’s every used listing on the market. New boats from the builder aren’t counted.
All eighteen carry a published asking price, from $799,000 to $7,495,000. Half of them, nine of the eighteen, have taken at least one reduction. Seven have been on the market longer than a year. One boat sold, two came off without a sold record and two new listings came on.
What Left the Market
‘Rachel Ann’, the 2004 68 flybridge in Jersey City, sold on September 26 after 68 days on the market. The closing price is on file.
Almost no boat outside the COVID era sells at its asking price. What matters is the spread between the first asking price and what the boat sold for. A sale reported at or near the ask usually means one of two things. The ask had already been reduced to that level. Or a dealer is reporting a price that supports the value of their own inventory. Closing prices aren’t public. They are on the portals and I track every one on this brand. If you want to know what a specific Cheoy Lee sold for, ask me.
Two more listings came off without a sold record. ‘Recycling Made Cents’, the 2004 68 in St Petersburg, at $475,000 after more than four months. ‘Wako’, the 2004 84 Bravo flybridge in Coral Gables, at $649,000 after about sixteen months. Neither appears in the sold records for this period.
Sixty One to Seventy Two Feet
At 120 days today, ‘Looking Glass’, the 2003 61 LRC, has moved from Annapolis to West Palm Beach. Her asking price went from $1,095,000 to $1,094,999 on September 23. A one-dollar reduction isn’t a price reduction. It puts a listing back at the top of the price-drop alerts. Her twin Caterpillar 3126TAs show about 1,660 hours.
The 2023 CLB65 that was in Norwalk has moved to Davie under a new listing at the same $2,950,000, down from $3,250,000 in September 2025. The new counter shows 19 days against 517 days on the market, about seventeen months. She shows 290 hours.
‘Amajen’, the 2006 68, is unchanged at $1,495,000 at 619 days.
A fresh counter of 26 days sits on ‘Southern Lady’, the 2002 72 raised pilothouse in Stuart. She has been on the market about 135 days at an unchanged $935,000. The counter restarted when she went up under a new listing. Her twin Caterpillar 3412s show 4,475 and 4,180 hours.
At 59 days and $2,450,000, ‘Joia’, the 2020 CLB72 in Marco Island, is new since the August report. Joia is my central listing, which means exclusive. Twin 1,000 horsepower Volvo Penta engines on pod drives show 637 hours. She has four staterooms and four heads plus crew, cruises at 25 knots and is maintained by a full time captain. She has twin gyro stabilizers and an open flybridge with a three-sided hard enclosure forward.
Reduced $65,000 on September 10, the 2004 72 pilothouse in Pompano Beach now asks $925,000 at 515 days. Her twin Caterpillar C18s show about 3,300 hours.
Seventy Four to Eighty Four Feet
‘Fancier Nanci’, the 2002 74 sport motor yacht in West Palm Beach, has just passed 120 days and asks $799,000 at 121 days. Her listing shows the reduction to $799,000 came on June 25. Her twin Caterpillar 3412s show 5,326 and 1,532 hours. A gap that size between two engines usually means one was replaced or rebuilt. Contact me if you are interested in this boat and we’ll get to the bottom of the engine hour difference.
‘Bikinis Optional’, the 2012 76 Alpha in Miami Beach, is unchanged at $1,100,000 at 544 days. That asking price has stood since a reduction from $1,175,000 on November 7, 2025.
‘Wandering Star’, the 2009 78 in Fort Lauderdale, passed 120 days at the end of August and is unchanged at $2,900,000 at 176 days. She shows about 900 hours and had a large refit in 2023.
‘Selah’, the 2018 Bravo 78 Sport in Knoxville, has just passed 120 days and is unchanged at $3,950,000 at 123 days. Twin Caterpillar C32s show about 1,710 hours on a boat that measures 83 feet overall.
‘Aurora’, the 2012 84 Bravo in Fort Lauderdale, is unchanged at $1,899,000 at 72 days.
Eighty Eight Feet and Up
‘Samaritana’, the 2013 Bravo 88 in Miami, is unchanged at $2,995,000 at 717 days.
‘Lady Lorraine’, the 2007 Bravo 89 in Fort Lauderdale, passed 120 days in mid October and is unchanged at $1,295,000 at 131 days.
Reduced $304,000 on October 3, ‘Family Time’, the 2006 Bravo Series 90 in Fort Lauderdale, now asks $1,295,000, down from $1,599,000. That’s 19 percent off the asking price after 391 days on the market. Her twin Caterpillar C30s show 2,800 and 2,411 hours.
‘Windward’, the 2006 Bravo 90 in Jupiter, is unchanged at $1,550,000 at 1,531 days. That’s more than twice as long as any other boat on the market.
Down $400,000 to $2,199,000, ‘Footloose’, the 2008 95 motor yacht in Jacksonville Beach, went back up under a fresh listing. The counter reads 10 days. She has been on the market about eight months, since February. This is really just a price drop and a fresh listing. Her twin Caterpillar C32s show about 4,500 hours.
New at $7,495,000 and 24 days, ‘Reunion’ is the 2022 CLX96 in Fort Lauderdale. She’s the same boat that went to her first owner as a new delivery in December 2025, back on the market with that owner about ten months later. She shows about 640 hours on twin Caterpillar C32 ACERTs. The listing states a pre-sale survey completed in September 2026 and a Caterpillar engine warranty through January 2028.
‘Charlotte Ann’, the 2003 Trideck 125 in West Palm Beach, is unchanged at $6,900,000 at 233 days.
Time on the Market
Seven boats have been on the market longer than a year, from ‘Family Time’ at just over a year to ‘Windward’ at more than four. Six of those seven have reduced their asking price at least once. ‘Amajen’ is the one that hasn’t, at 619 days.
The day counts in this report are time on the market, not the portal counter. When a boat goes up under a new listing, the portal counter starts over at zero. We keep the original date. That’s why ‘Southern Lady’, ‘Footloose’ and the CLB65 read differently here than they do on a listing page.
Earlier reports are on the Cheoy Lee market insights page and the models we follow are on the Cheoy Lee models page.
There is also a new 2024 CL Yachts CLB65 available for $3,950,000. It’s a new boat, so it isn’t part of the count above.
Cheoy Lee Market Report October 2026 FAQ
How many Cheoy Lee yachts are for sale right now?
Eighteen used Cheoy Lee motor yachts of model year 2000 and later are on the market as of this Cheoy Lee market report October 2026. All eighteen carry a published asking price, from $799,000 to $7,495,000. Seven of the eighteen have been listed longer than a year.
How many Cheoy Lee yachts have reduced their asking price?
Half of them, nine of the eighteen on the market. Since the August report, ‘Footloose’, the 2008 95, came down $400,000 to $2,199,000 under a fresh listing. ‘Family Time’, the 2006 Bravo Series 90, came down $304,000 to $1,295,000 on October 3. The 2004 72 pilothouse in Pompano Beach came down $65,000 to $925,000 on September 10. ‘Looking Glass’ also dropped her asking price by one dollar, which doesn’t count as a reduction.
Which Cheoy Lee sold since the last report?
‘Rachel Ann’, the 2004 68 flybridge in Jersey City, sold on September 26 after 68 days on the market. Closing prices aren’t public. The closing price is on file and available in a private conversation.
What should a buyer check when two engines show very different hours?
Ask why. A gap of several hundred hours between two engines on the same boat usually points to a replaced or rebuilt engine or to one that has been run differently. ‘Fancier Nanci’ shows 5,326 and 1,532 hours. ‘Family Time’ and ‘Southern Lady’ both show gaps of roughly 300 to 400 hours. The paperwork behind the gap matters more than the total.
Why does a listing’s days on the market sometimes look short?
The portal counter starts over whenever a boat goes up under a new listing. ‘Footloose’ reads 10 days and has been on the market about eight months. ‘Southern Lady’ reads 26 days against about 135. This report tracks each boat from the first day it was listed.
Is the 2022 CLX96 for sale a new boat?
No. ‘Reunion’ went to her first owner as a new delivery in December 2025 and is back on the market with that owner at $7,495,000. She shows about 640 hours. The listing states a pre-sale survey completed in September 2026.
If you own a Cheoy Lee and are thinking about selling, the initial price you set could very well decide if you own the boat a year from now.
